How Quickly Can You Answer My Question?

Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Has Been Placed?

Please email us ASAP with your name and order # within 72 hours so we can correct your package's address before it departs.

How Long Is The Processing Period?

Order processing times are 7-10 days after you placed your order.

Most rings are prepared within 1 week but depending on the design it may take longer. During exceptionally busy times of the year, processing times may increase but we will do everything we can to ensure a prompt delivery of your ring.

Will My Order Come In One Package?

Separate orders will be placed in different packages while items from a single order will be in one package

Can I return my product?

Who bears the shipping cost?

We will cover the shipping costs of of any returned products (including customer remorse). A 10% restocking fee is applicable to returned items which are not defective.
